if I'm right, it looks like it's tail is getting the start of drake feathers, if
it's not QUACKING yet, unless theres something wrong with it's voice, it's probably a boy, Templeton went through this confusing stage, at about 6 weeks I thought he was a girl because he WAS starting to quack, then at about 8 weeks he stopped vocallizing all together, but now he sounds and acts just like a stinky boy.
I got lucky with my call/mallard Jingo, I behavior sexed her and her three siblings at just a few days, and come up with 2 girls 2 boys, well, Harley(looked like temps as a baby)'s and Bruce's(pure mallard) new parents a few weeks ago confirmed I was right with them, they're both boys, just as I thought, unfortunatley Lil' Bit, the other pure mallard dissapeared at about 3 weeks old
