Mallards for Dinner (Warning Graphic Pics)

My great aunt always said to use extra long grain rice in the cavity to throw out. If you let the rice soak up alot of the grease...then depending on what you feed you can mix it with other treats. You can use other soakers to feed. Her goose and ducks were always so moist and never greasly. Thanks for this post it made me think of her and the last Christmas she cooked.

Shoulda kept the duck's bill and put it in the middle of the plate.
