Treat them and watch them. The ones that live should be immune to that particular strain for life, but during times of extreme stress may require some assistance due to an imbalance of cocci in their digestive tract. Make sure that they only have medicated water now and then after treatment give them the probiotics and such to help get their systematically back up and running.
