Manna Pro Oyster Shell

Hope I can find Pacific pearl where I'm at, all I ever managed to get is the White Rock like stuff

Funny story, over the weekend I picked up a bag of oyster shell and had to smile when I saw it was Pacific Pearl, couldn't wait to get it home and open it..... you weren't kidding about the difference!

I wish I could take credit for finding it. I came across it while helping another BYC member looking for better oyster shell.
Pretty dramatic difference!

I have used Manna Pro OS but recently bought a 50lb bag of Coastal brand "Calcium and Poultry Shell". It looks just like the Manna. I haven't seen the Pacific Pearl brand in the stores here but I'll look harder and see if I can find it locally.

It does seem like mine eat the Coastal brand faster than they ate the Manna brand.

Same here unfortunately. I googled the other brand Pacific pearl and the Google images looked similar... Must not be seeing the right stuff.

What kills me is I am in BOSTON, we HAVE oyster places here. I still can't find them.
Not sure I want to crush them myself haha

Here's the Pacific pearl and purina (turns out what I had this time isn't the manna pro, but I've had it before and it's the same)... pp rinsed lightly with just a spritz of water to remove some dust

Here is same plus pp that had not been rinsed, even dusty you Vann see the difference in form

@Ol Grey Mare Thanks for the pics! PP looks completely different than the two brands I've purchased. PP actually looks like oyster shells! Manna and Coastal brands look pretty much the same as the Purina brand.
