Your Mask (aka Fat Boy) is a snowshoe Siamese like my Guinness! And Guinness was headed for the 20 lb mark till I cut back on food! LOL

Mama cat definately is acting very happy.

Today the kittens were the talk of church and the neighborhood. 2 sets of neighobors came over today and another set last night to behold some kitten cuteness. All the kids were very gentle and only stayed for a few minutes to ooo and aaah at the mama and her kitties.

Then it was funny because as I cleaned the coop last night the new neighbors 2 lil boys were running around with my girls and found 2 new spots outside where the chickens were layin eggs. I thought it was so strange I was getting all these eggs to almost none? One keeps escaping the run and laying in a dog house...that's the black copper maran. And then I put the christmas tree out in thier run to make an added cover for them to run to if there was a hawk or owl... and the kids found a WHOLE bunch under the christmas tree...so they got a bucket and went "easter egg" hunting in our yard trying to find eggs...plus there's one duck who drops her egg in the middle of the yard all the time...all the other ducks go in the coop and hide them under the straw. I don't get why this duck just plops one out in the middle of the yard...like she's walking along and PLOP and then keeps on walking...

So glad to hear that the mommy cat and kittens are doing so well. I bet the kids had a great time finding eggs.

Maple, the babies are adorable! Congrats! you did a great job helping the kitty out. Maybe your kitties can come play with my kitties! I am trying not to get attached to them.....I don't need 5 more cats. Momma is getting spayed ASAP and the dastardly brother? Oh him too!!

But, how do you say no to this face????

Oh and Mapes, looks like momma kittie has a blown abscess under her neck. Keep an eye on it. They will heal over outside before they are done healing inside and it can take a while to get better.
