Maran Assortment coming soon...Newbie needs help

I have heard to add bunched up paper towels to the water trays, and flat under the eggs, touching rhe bunched up ones, at lockdown. This increases the surface area of the water, thus increasing humidity. However, I don't know if thaf would work during hatch. ??
 
to get the humidity up, I had to put a small tupperware type container in there and have a papertowel touching the water in the center then folded over the sides to act as a wick. Otherwise I couldnt get about 50.
The egg that hatched is actually the one of the 4 that was the least active...but was the most tapered in size from big end to small.

OMG.... how are you going to get ANY work done today?!!!! You should have called in sick (just kidding)!!! That is so awesome.
 
4 of mine were super active for a day or so...but that was two days ago.....then today this one pops out. I'm still hoping for something from the others

Mine are day 20...Tomarrow should be the day..only issue I have is ,,My 30 or less after candling A&M Quail need to be in the hatcher Friday...Hmmm ,They may just stay in the bator and hatch... on Sunday....I think I can pull three trays out..Divide it off from the turning side for a couple days ,,still use it while the Welsummer and Cuckoo Marans bantamns continue to turn until Monday for Thursdays hatch,,,WWOOOHOOO,,,I love being ambitious...
