So if i went and got some raw goats milk would this work in fattening them up? Interesting my neighbor has dairy goats and i can buy milk from them and maybe do an rolled oats with milk mash and feed it to them.

Yes! I'm sure they'd love it. Clabber it on the counter by letting it sit for about 24 hours (or until it has thickened and starts to have a pleasantly sour smell). Now feed it to your flock--cultured milk!
