i had yellow shanks hiding in my flock and hopefully i have it cleared up

yes, i think some are more pinkish than others,,,hmm, i know that in the u.s. standard calls for a light to mid-slate color, but the french standard calls for the pinkish/white, but slate or gray is acceptable,,,,what other wheaten influences would show up? I'll have to look more closely to see exactly what colors are there
I've had some light shanks show up here in Europe, but as adults they always have some gray in them, and always some darker scales. I've never had any BC mature out with completely pink or white shanks, like my wheatens... there's always some darker pigment in the epidermis.
