My hatchery Cuckoos eggs were not dark at all. They could have been mistaken for a RIR egg. I got rid of all but one or 2 of them & am trying for something better. Sorry I spelled your name wrong on my last post to you. Jumping back & forth & trying to post pictures is still difficult for me sometimes..... I am determined to do it though. I tried to help someone else learn today too. I hope I did it right......LOl

Folks, I'm trying to learn to upload pics....so please "Bear" with me...oh-if this works it will be apic of a 10foot Brown bear that I guided to in Alaska..(I used to be a guide up there) I'm the good-looking blonde guy on the left!

Nice bear. My husband use to guide in Wyoming for Elk mostly. From the stories I've heard I think it was the most fun he's had in his life so far.

So this is the only picture I have so far of my hens. I know she's got too much melenizer (sp) but I love her all the same.

My Wheatens are taking forever. I even wrote to the breeder & asked & she did say that they take alittle longer.........SO,..........I wait!!! It is winter here & the weather is awful & the days still short so I am looking forward to a really exciting Spring!!!!!!!!!!!

I would add the light in the morning. If you add it in the evening it will mess them up roosting. IMO
