Really? I bought them from a very reputable breeder in TN, and paid $75/doz.
Wheaten Marans 'normally' have plain yellow down at hatch. Wheaten Marans are are wheaten with no other non wild type genes. The dark dorsal stripes you have there indicate that as well as having the wheaten gene there are other non wild type genes present which are not generally present in wheaten Marans.
