Here are some of BC Marans and cuckoo and one that I don't know what it is. It hatched out supposedly out of a marans egg

My bcm & blue copper marans always have darker spots SOMEWHERE on the egg. It's like their little spray signature!

Thanks! I thought a 4 too but having zero experience I wasn't sure.

Yes...that WAS my Egg, thanks! She is a BIRCHEN now. Will be laying within the month.

Now, I'm not sure. Here are some from Pasfinofarms - Does it look like this?

In this one we have two cockerels in the front and the rest are pullets (there are actually seven pullets there, lucky me!)

Just to check..on the marans color chart I know the first one is the white egg to compare. But the second one, thats that the 4? Then it goes up from there right?
