Hey do I see a SPLASH in that background??? I have a blue maran and splash...there babies are hatching tonight and they are coming out YELLOW!!! know the color will change to white...but one is so dark and the other light and for the chicks to be close in color...is wow...

and the chicks are yellow...

I have a question. My black marans has one copper tail feather. They are from the Davis/Prather line. Thats all the info i have on them and the marans breed is very new to me. Although i did learn that one marans is a marans not a maran.

I have a Marans question, if you breed a clean legged hen to a featherd legged roosters what will the chicks have?
