Good morning Cafè. Coffee is ready.

I slept like the dead last night. I'm going to try to finish putting up the wall boards and trim and connecting the circuit this morning and that's it for the room work until next weekend. But next weekend the mini split for my sister arrives and I'll be installing that too. Busy week coming up.

Good morning and thanks for the hot coffee! It was chilly last night and wanted to rain, but we got nothing out of the two days of possibility.
We had a great weekend and I will miss having DS$ around in the area, but it is also really fun watching the team wrestle.
Today, I am off to take DAF to a follow up doc appt after the ER visit last week and take her food shopping.

The room so far.

I can't paint the framing for the screens until the pressure treated lumber is completely dry so all that is going to have to wait. I plan to paint the walls next weekend.

While I was wiring in my antique Italian Tole chandelier, a hummingbird came up and paid it a visit! She did it a second time when I was off the ladder!

Thank you. I can't wait to get it finished so I can enjoy spending time out there. If it had been done, I would have had my brunch out there today. I'll get better pictures of the whole room when it's finished.

We really want a wrap around porch. Totaling our car took that off the list for this year. That deer cost us$10-12K.

Good Morning

Coffee is ready.

Bright sunshine out there and the sun is rising earlier each day. I finished all my morning chicken tasks before 7am.

Tiny rooster seems to be better, no rattling sound, crow so loud that could tear the sky open...when he was let out in his designated area in the garden yesterday he ran like crazy. He does look very funny for being so tiny, mop like feather, and he looks like he is wearing a white pant as his bottom and high have light grey feather. 2 more days of medication and if he continues crowing and running as he is now he is good to move back to grandma's home. Mom has been waiting for him.

My backyard chicken is a bit quieter each day, the girls are slowly getting back into the rhythm of egg laying, who/what nestbox/when..etc...I only have 13 hens and so much chicken drama everyday

DL, I really love that view of your yard, so green and open space.
