Thanks!! These were my first BC Marans ever...I hatched them from eggs that I bought from tgcole. These are the only 2 I have left from that batch b/c the neighbor's dog got the others before they started laying.

I have some younger ones from Greg and a couple other people...they should start laying in a month or 2.

Kelly, How old are your birds? The pic of the eggs says 01/01/2004. I hope, that my BC's live 5 years or more and are still layin. NICE BIRDS.

LOL, I just didn't reset the date after the batteries died. These guys hatched last Halloween, so they're almost 7 months old.
