Well I didn't have any luck hatching babies so I went and picked some up here are some pictures of my new babies 3 Cochins and 2 Araucanas

They usually do stop after they pip a hole They have to get use to breathing air for the first timeI lock down the 9 eggs 6am this morning. At 2pm 2 pipped. Made very small holes then stopped. Come on!!!!![]()
I wouldnt worry about that its minor .It will rub off by later today or tomorrow I had one WAY worse the other day i cleaned off the shell stuck to him and cleaned one wing which was glued to his body but still his whole body was flat not fluffy at all Now today he looks almost normal like the redt a little left on his head Gone from just rubbing against others and as Brookhaven said preenng.That is the result of a chick taking a long time to zip after pipping. I had several like that and just washed it off. It takes awhile and you have to rub against the fluff to make it fluffy. Have a blow dryer going and intermittently blowdry it
Hello, I am new to hatching, this is my 4th batch and I had a very successful hatch this time. out of 15 eggs 10 have already hatched today and I have 2 more zipping now and 3 that are not pipped yet. I am so excited to be hatching!
