Marek's in 5-week old chick?

Hopefully it was a deficiency! If you notice any other symptoms or problems let us know. Sometimes it takes a lot of puzzle pieces before we can get a look at the picture, so to speak. Chicken disease can be so complicated!
 
She kind of goes back and forth between being up and down, so I'm not noticing a consistent improvement, but she's still bright eyed and bushy tailed, so to speak. She is eating, drinking, voiding, and moving around just as much as the other chicks, and her feathers look healthy. I'm still putting the vitamins in the water, though. It can't hurt.
 
If they all came together and you haven't added any, I would think that it did not sound like Marek's. Most of the time, if someone has Marek's they can think over their flock history and try to figure out when it happened. Like bringing a hen home from a swap or something like that.
