Well yes. I know you can breed other colors to each other to get different colors, recognized colors. Basically, by breeding silver and white together would I still be getting 50% chance of each or would it be pretty random because of white hiding colors? I know white with white will give you obviously white. But with silver being considered white with markings, I dont know how well it work.

So silver is not white. It is a dilution of blue. You could get anything because you don't know what the white is hiding.

Ok…thank you! I wasn’t 100% sure. I’m getting some silvers this spring and didn’t know if I should separate them next year for breeding season.

And yes, I hate being vague but also didn’t want to drag on my question either

I'd never heard of appleyard or Aleutian calls before. I'd always assumed people meant snowy's when they said appleyard. Pretty birds.
