They are supposed to taste outstanding, I cannot say tho as I have not butchered any of mine.

It might be an interesting experiment to see what would happen when crossed with the White Bresse since they have a nearly equal reputation for outstanding taste. The only drawback I have heard about he Dorkins is that they aren't as fast developing as pure meaties but the taste is to be outstanding.
