MarineCorpFarmr Egg BOMB, A new Beginning! Follow along in his journey to a new flock!

Lol! You're gonna need that bad boy to house all of those chicks. I'll have to show DH..he was just asking where the heck you were going to put them when they hatch. You should have seen his face when I told him your goal was to hatch 900 this year.

Lol hes really gunna crap a brick then... 2000 is the new number.... lol. Figure at full capacity constantly till the end of the year we could run over 3000.... hehe. Ill be putting a crapload of time and effort selecting our breeding stock, as well as building up our meat and egg flocks and donation flocks.

why not just paint it? Ive been looking at Lowe's every time I go up there for some cheap outdoor oil base paint to seal the wood. Im working on it right now as matter of fact. Last of the wiring and maybe getting the top on both levels. Really irked tho and I dispise moving even more now... all my freakin bands are gone. A crap ton of em. 5 sizes of 10 colors. They sure aint in the box I put em in....
I bleach and then ammonia (once its dry) and then once its dry again, I fumigate the whole room with formaldehyde gas.

I also fumigate my eggs and bator just prior ro setting.

This has improved my surviviability of eggs at the 10-15 day point.

He'll only lose the parts that have turned black.  The rest should remain in-tact.

Shouldn't have to do that, it is just dead now and will come off like a scab
