Is there a way to mark or tag the keets you want to keet in a clutch? Like nail polish or an ankle tag? I'd like to keep handling the same keets but it's hard to be consistent when they all look the same

Get leg bands that are used for pigeons.. OK, Not the solid ones I put on mt 4 day old pigeons... There are those that are snap on. They are also easily removable.. They do come in different colors and are numbered. Other option is to get an assortment of colored zip ties. That would be my second choice but easily available at hardware store. There are also spiral type leg bands that are easily put on and off.
These are all available on line like EBAY, or at feed stores.
WISHING YOU BEST

For newly hatched keets you can use leg bands such as these as long as you remember to remove them before they get too tight. They are available in a number of different sizes so that they can be changed out as the keets grow. (I have no affiliation with the seller and this is meant only as an example.)

I have also used fingernail polish on the heads of chicks to be able to identify different varieties.
