I can just picture the two of you fighting over a duckie all the way from Indy. lol

We do have a couple people who wrote in saying they were bringing ducks. I'll get back to them and ask what kind. I'm trying to talk Denis into some crested ducks. Saw some at the fair and they are so cute.

We have just about every kind of poultry showing though. Ducks, turkeys, Guineas, Peacocks, all kinds and ages of Chickens, Geese and also some bunnies and goats. Should be plenty for everyone.

Please post here what you are bringing or what you are looking for. We'll try to hook you up with the right person.

Hi everyone, I spoke with Jonathon today and he said he's be happy to test any NPIP West Virginians at the swap for avian influenza. He will give you paperwork that day and, with your NPIP status covering your pullorum-typhoid tested and your AI test within 10 days of the event, you'll be good to go! Anyone who isn't "due" for AI testing anyway would have to pay $1.50 per bird to do app. 3-6 birds (preferably breeders from different pens) for the proper paperwork. Anyone who isn't npip would have to contact the WV ag. dept to make special arrangements.

Thanks

Yep, just like she said. If you have any questions, you can PM either Erin or me. We will gladly help you understand the rules.

So if we were tested in April for your spring swap, are we due now?.... Not quite 6 months, but will it be considered close enough?

Add to the list 2 pair Dominiques that will 17 wks old by swap time. As always these will be at the swap if not sold before swap date. I consider them to pet pet or backyard quality.
Thanks.

You are good to go. The only thing is...if you are planning on going to Erin's the following week, your birds will need to be AIed at the swap. PM me if this doesn't help.
