MARYLAND THREAD!

Hey all! New to BYC and thought i would pop on to the maryland thread to say hello to my fellow maryland byc folks. We hail from Bel air. Right now we have 6 amberlinks, 4 SLWD, 4 EE, 4 lavender orps a black orp and 4 silkies. Looking forward to chatting with you all!

I know,lol it started out as " hey let's get like 5-6 chickens" and it turned into "well looks like we're going to need another coop....and some turkeys.. maybe some quail too....oh and ducks....etc etc etc. I have an illness! Lol
 
Hello everyone! I got unsexed black australorp chicks at TSC and they turned 9 weeks old this past Friday. I ended up with to many roosters and I have only one left to sell. If any of you guys would him PM me please!

Wanted to see if anyone would be in the market for guinea keets. I am thinking of hatching some out starting near the end of this month or the beginning of next. $5 a piece.
I am in Lothian (soithern AA county) but would be willing to meet up also depending on distance.

Well, I plunged into the deep end with chickens. We had been in the process of preparing for laying hens and ended up with chicks. I ordered lemon cuckoo orpingtons to be sent to my mom as a gift and a shipping error meant they came to me. So after a frantic run to get supplies as the babies were on their way to me, we picked up our lovely little babies. They are living in our spare bedroom at the moment and I'm just loving their little personalities! One loves to be held
