Mash wet or dry ?

Im currently hatching silkie eggs and they hatch tomorrow.
The mash feed I bought dosent say anything about wetting it or serving it dry so I’m wondering if any of you know what I should do, this is the feed I bought btw! Ty for replies.

Mash should always be served wet or the birds can just pick and choose what they want and not get the full nutrition in the feed

I like to give chicks dry mash, in a chick feeder, but the adults all get wet mash. The adults sneeze and choke on the dry mash. If its a small hatch you can get away with a small bowl or dish nestled in the shavings with dry mash. This works for the first few days while they figure it out.
