Mash wet or dry ?

Im currently hatching silkie eggs and they hatch tomorrow. :)
The mash feed I bought dosent say anything about wetting it or serving it dry so I’m wondering if any of you know what I should do, this is the feed I bought btw! Ty for replies. :)

I like to give chicks dry mash, in a chick feeder, but the adults all get wet mash. The adults sneeze and choke on the dry mash. If its a small hatch you can get away with a small bowl or dish nestled in the shavings with dry mash. This works for the first few days while they figure it out.
