Mass on Abdomen

Help Please. I am new to the world of chickens. One of our hens has developed a mass about the size of a tennis ball maybe a little bigger. It is kinda squishy and the there are no feathers in the area. It seems to get larger a she breathes and she is waddling when she walks. In my readings I am wondering if anyone can tell me for sure if this is "Water Belly" or possibly she is egg bound and what I can do to help her.
