Mass on rose comb

Anyone ever seen this? It started about a year ago and very slowly developed. She’s 3 years old.

Looks like a 'bumble' on the head. I recommend trying to flush that out thoroughly. May have to get a pair of tweezers and pull out any clumps of puss. Then, when you've removed as much of the infection as you can, flush with vetericyn.
