I am setting up an outdoor enclosure for my ducks, in it I am putting a dog house where they will sleep. I was wondering if they have a material that I can easily clean, but if comfortable for the ducks??? I just want to either wipe it down, or rinse it with the hose.
    Thanks! [IMG]

This probably won't help, but they are Pekins. [IMG]

Shavings and hay. When you clean out the shavings and hay, hose down plastic dog house and your done.

    What type of dog house?
Mine is wood and I painted the bottom and bottom half of the walls with about 5 coats of exterior paint. I hose it out daily and use a scrub brush/deck brush to scrub it as needed. I am using ornament boxes (square ones - one duck per box since they won't all sit in the larger box even though there is room) when I need to put bedding in when it is cold. Then I just pull those out, dump them in the compost pile, hose out the box, hose out the duck house and repeat the next day.
