Math with mixing mealies and food to increase protein.

Just to be clear, if I have meal worms at 75% and food at 25%, just as example, if I mix 50/50 would that give me 50% final product? Like I say, this is just a simplified math question.

Yes it would. That mix is by weight. 100 grams of food mixed with 100 grams of worms give you (25g + 75g)/200g of protein.
