Mating or showing dominance?

Hello! I’ve posted on other threads about the gender of my 16week old BA, no crowing or laying, but I saw “her” get on the back of one of my RIR this morning, who is older...”she” was flapping her wings against her, but no tail swipe. I didn’t think they mated this early if indeed she is a he or she is just showing dominance??

Looks like a cockerel to me. Do you have a close up of his tail area?

That one is strange. I'm not seeing pointed saddle feathers, but that behavior is very likely that of a cockerel. With a comb that large and red for a female, it would either be laying/almost laying

She did say it was a black australorp. I agree it's a cockerel
