I've had to clear this hens behind of caked on feces in the past, again cleaned her today.
While she was upright in the bath she regurgitated brown liquid, didn't smell rotten but very foul. When we were done I emptied her crop and offered yogurt and fresh water. She also had two very healthy looking and smelling BMs after the bath and blow dry.
She is quite lethargic, sleeping most of the day. When roused she will scratch around, eat, and drink.
Her comb and wattle are droopy, almost shrunken, and very very dark. It's nearly purple in color.
She is the bottom of the pecking order and I am getting her separated. Any ideas/tips/advice? The rest of the group is behaving normal.
