maturity of peafowl?

Peacocks are considered sexually mature at 3 years old. However most will be fertile at 2 years as long as they have a few eye feathers. Peahens are considered sexually mature at 2 years old. Some peahens will lay at one year old. Last year I got chicks from my 1 year old peahens pairing them with a 3 year old peacock.

It's all dependent on genes. I've had yearlings lay fertile eggs and I've had others not give me anything fertile until age three. For the males even though technically they can be fertile at two unless they're an early hatch they usually are rejected by the hens at that age.
