At what age are males mature or start to notice the girls? I have a female pekin, female khaki and a male khaki. The male seems to like the pekin. They all seem to like her, she is a sweetheart. He almost seems to be flirting with her. He is fluttering his wings, following her around and they had a moment where if they were human, you would think they were kissing. He is about 9 weeks, she is about 8 weeks. At what age do they start laying eggs?

Probably won’t start noticing any flirting behavior till four or five or six months.They usually start laying around six or so months.

They normally start mating a month before they lay eggs.

Depending on the breed and how quickly they have a juvenile molt and the Drake gets his tail curl they will begin to try sexual behaviour...Ducks communicate by touch and head bobbing.. Wing flapping. Quacking, chasing and tail wags.
