48-72 hours after hatch I'd do egg-topsies.

It could've made them all pass away, you'd have to candle to see what's going on in the eggs.

I have so many silkies right now It's ridiculous I have 9 and I wasn't even supposed to have any

Silkies are my absolute favorite. I have 12 now that are almost a year old. I have 3 chicks I hatched out almost 2 weeks ago, one of my girls is sitting on 6-8 silky eggs due to hatch anytime and I have 2 incubators going with a total of close to 50 more. Depending on how many hatch I might have to get rid of some, but it will be hard.

I have some polish/frizzle in the bator now and I can't wait to see what they will look like.
