@CindyinSD@TheBajan They actually look okay to me. As someone else said, maybe a touch on the small side but not horrible at all. They'll draw down soon for hatch. Soon after, they'll internally pip. Some time after, you'll begin to see external pips. That's when you need the humidity up. If you can keep checking, you can wait 'til then to add some warm water. If you can't do that, it's fine to add the water on day 20 and lock down.

Thank you all for you input! I just put them into lock-down. I will wait for the first external pip and then gently raise the humidity. I'm afraid to make a drastic change at all once. I don't know if it matters or not but it just seems more natural to raise or lower it gradually. This morning the water pan was dry and the humidity was 36%. I transferred the eggs from the turners to hatching boxes and added about half a cup of water. Now the humidity is at 41%. I'll try to keep it there until the first external pip.
