What age do they start to do that?

They start to crow from about 10 weeks on up. It depends on the breed and how fast they grow. Some don’t crow until 6 months.

My Mille Fleur didn’t crow until last week and it’s pretty old now.

My little half bantams began crowing at 4 weeks!
Here are my incubator chicks, hatched May 4th and 5th. In the mix I call Sprights, it's easy to tell the boys from the girls. The 3 Spitzhaubens, it's too early to tell.
