tell him to get it out when it is still small.. he will only have a couple of one inch scars.. if he waits till it is enlarged he could have about a 8" scar.. get it out while they can.. hubby had his out last yr.. then daughter had hers out about 6 mos later.... both tiny little incisions..and home the next day.
