What kind of chicks are you hatching? How long does it take for turkey eggs to hatch?

Turkeys take 28 days to hatch , I am getting my eggs ftom a guy that has standard bronze and chocolate, both together so mixed babies probably.
My chickens are a barnyard mix mostly, I do have some pure german bielefelder in the bator but most every thing else is mixed.....
I have Ee, Oe, delaware, dark cornish, light brahma, RIR, golden sexlink, cuckoo marans, turken, white leghorn, a half polish /half americauna, americauna hens (from privett that lay blue eggs) whitting true blue (hatched at whiting farms in delta co near me), welsummer, and an assortment of mutts from all my hatching over the last year and a half.
And the ducks are a mix of welsh harliquin male over magpie, khacki campbell and runner ducks. All in all a mixed up flock lol but so much fun!

All 6 of my duck eggs and some of the turkey showed shadowing when I candled to lockdown..... still no pips this morn but soon!

Great color I can't remember if you said or not do you breed him? What color are the chicks?

I dont have any other orpington at the moment (well 1buff chicks) I got the rooster from a freind that breeds I might do an Orpington project later on but for now he's just mixing with my mixed back yard flock

My updated update still waiting on 7 eggs. Is it too early to water candle them every other egg hatched about 12 hours ago?

So daddy is eggcited right now. I just left the house for my sons dance preformance and daddy saw an egg move. I have to get the small brooder ready still for the new hatchlings. I know they are just moving into position but its pretty cool, I have yet to see one move.

All but 7 eggs hatched I wish I could take a picture but camera is broken. I think my last pictures of the chicks broke the camera. They were just tooo cute

Anyway I cleaned and sanitized my incubator Sunday tomorrow is lock down for 18 Buff Orpington ,Barred Rock BO,BR crosses.
