We’re officially at Day 21. 

No signs of any pips yet. I took advantage of the opportunity and lifted the lid to check the progress. I put my candler next to one of my white Leghorn eggs without moving it and there’s still some action going on inside! *whew!* The other shells were too dark to see much but I could tell the aircells we’re finally about perfect, which makes me super happy. Threw in a cut up wet sponge in a small dish to bump up the humidity since my air cells are good now.
Now to sit

here is one of my lightest EE eggs so eggcited







I confess I’m just very impatient and nervous bc this is my first hatch that’s made it this far. My first incubator was a cheap disaster and fried my eggs.
Maybe this is a case of “a watched pot never boils” and I’ll come home to some chirps and/or pips.
