So I have had 2 eggs hatch on day 21 but have nothing from the other 5 in lockdown. This is my first hatch and I am pretty worried about them. I just need to stay calm and wait though right? I candled one and there was some movement but none in the others.
Some take their sweet time. I've heard of some hatching as late as day 25.

Sounds like she's doing fine without. You may need to once they hatch. Sometimes the big birds pick on the little ones.

She needs to get off the nest at least once a day right now for at least 15-30 minutes to eat drink and poop. Totally normal. She may never use their laying time as her break time. Just be careful becuase eggs can get broken with hens in and out like that. Otherwise no worries. Have a plan for a pen just in case though and if you don't seperate you will need to switch then all to flock raiser or starter feed add the baby's need more protein, starting the swutch note will help mama too. The good thing about a broody raised hatch is they are integrated from day one and mama should do all three seperating and protecting then will need.

Seperate her and provide vitamins in her water (chick saver or nutridrench is fine) and food. Try to give scrambled eggs for extra protien and mix the shells back in. You can also use tums crushed for a quick calcium fix. Unfortunatly at that stage she could be to far gone to save, I try not to cull and prefer to give my hens the chance to save themselves. All you can do it try to hydrate and get her to eat, I'm not one for manual feeding but you can carefully give her vitamen water with a medicine dropper please research before doing so. Be sure to feel her abdomen to see if she's egg bound.
