How much of I size difference are the birds? I would be worried the chicks may grow to fast and to big for the eggs

Big difference. The bantam is lucky if she weighs a pound. The buckeye roo is probably 8 pounds.

Yeah, i mean you could try but i suspect the eggs would be far to small for the potential chick. It might work out ok if the rooster of the pair was the bantam, then the eggs would be to large instead of to small, but it still might be fun to try just knowing the potential for a total loss

It's definitely not something I would plan to hatch. I doubt I will anytime soon, but it would definitely create a rather interesting bird.

I would worry about my roo hurting my hen. My buff orp tried to mate with my silkie hen. It did not end well.

So today is LOCK DOWN here are the photos of the eggs day 18 here is my bantam egg I did not see any movement in this egg is this a bad thing here is one of my EE eggs I seen movement in this egg super eggcited here is my other EE I could not see in side of this egg do the air cells look ok

Don t worry if you don't see movement. It's probably restinģ up. They're going to need all of the energy they can get shortly.

The aircells look pretty good to me. Then again, if they weren't there's nothing you could do about it. I know that it's exciting and hard to do, but the best thing you can do is let mother nature do her thing.

Ok so today is day 18 I’ve turned the eggs two times today but don’t want to open the bator much I have the humidity in the 60s is this ok if I don’t turn them today
