Candled my eggs after 84 hours and we look good on all the eggs

Had goose eggs in since Thursday and all 6 have growth also sat 7 more welsh Harlequin 4 more Peking muscovey crosses ( for a friend I personally wouldn't breed the two to make a mule but he just wants them for his pond) and a lavender Guinea egg

I'm going to start 24 eggs in my incubator tomorrow. 12 Welsummer, 8 Wheaten/Blue Wheaten Ameraucana's and 4 Welsummer/Ameraucana crosses. This will be my first hatch ever. Can't wait to get started. By my reckoning they should hatch around May 9th. I'm wondering if I will be able to see anything when I candle those dark eggs. Wish me luck!

Candled the duck eggs and tossed two. One was cracked and the other was clear. The reminder of the duck eggs were nicely veined.

I'm setting 4 RSL/cross eggs today or tomorrow

The mother is the RSL, the BSL isn't ours, and that is one of the roosters she could be crossed with. The rooster isn't ours either, this is before we brought Peep (the RSL) home.

OK, here we go. Talk about putting all your eggs in one basket! Turns out my Welsummer that is in with the Blue Wheaten Am Roo laid another egg this morning so I popped it in instead of one of the pure Welsummer eggs.

The pure Welsummer Eggs (purchased from Whitmore Farms in Maryland)

The Wheaten/Blue Wheaten Ameraucana and Welsummer x Am eggs.

All loaded up and ready to go.

Now the waiting begins......

Have some Lav Orp eggs that were 4 weeks old i set as a test..candled today and all but 2 look good to hatch next Saturday.
Now i ordered some beautiful Buff laced Brahma eggs from Heidisgran.. they should come soon and i wasnt going to ha tch any chicks but 2 hatches this year!This will be 4 and 5. Hatching addiction hits again
