May Hatch Thread--Fill up those bators n' broodies!

Wait..what...how would one take care to inhibit infection? I have one the my boys...dh included, moved to the brooder while I was gone and it was bleeding. I wiped the bottom with a warm wet towel and it stopped...seems to be ok, but should I be doing more?!
keep a eye on it moll and put a lil dab of triple antibiotc ointment on it repeat as needed to keep it clean and covered

he is hopping all around the bator, and being REALLY noisy
as long as it is not large,, i mean to the point where it will drag the floor when he walks if this is the case it will become festered within a few days and you will loose him to infection this is common and will occur in about one in fifty give or take

Oh no...mine looks much worse than that...it's bloody again too. Off to admin first aid! Thank you. I am so glad I found this site!!
