Oh no. There were problems with the Icelandics? I don't have problems with them at home.

This was the hatch I had from the swap

Lavender Orpington 1
Icelandic 3
Lavender Ameraucana 2

Along with this I had a ton of my own eggs and some other paid shipped eggs and I had a huge hatch

This is what I hatched from this swap.

I had 1 hatch.

The PO did a good job scrambling them. I had 6 out of 11 that had broken or loose air cells. I had 2 that were not fertile which happens 3 that were normal. I had 3 go into lock down and 1 quit shortly after that and one that died trying to get out. (this one had a complete broken air cell so it was amazing that it made it that far.)

i'm still waiting on hatches... both sets of turkey eggs were sent out later, so 1 is due the 22nd, and the other set july 3.

and the PO has been scrambling eggs both coming to me and ones i've sent... good hatches for homegrown, poor for shipped.

All my guinea eggs hatched from u Jim except one which quit about 2 weeks in because the stupid broody rolled it out somehow and when I noticed it has poo all over it from being kicked around and was cold or would have been a 100% hatch rate had she kept it under her probably. They r a mixture of grey pearl and pied grey pearl. Wasnt lucky enough to hatch a solid white or slate but hatch was near perfect.

My hatches have been a little disappointing this month. 1 swap didn't have any develop. 2 had 2 develop but not hatch. The last from Babymakes6 had all but 2 make it to lockdown last night along with all but 1 from a side swap with Contrastphoto. I had a lot of initial development on eggs from a side swap with Cheryl Cohen.

I had a really good hatch from Marie then 2 Quail. Then the last swap none.

The last from Babymakes6 had all but 2 make it to lockdown last night along with all but 1 from a side swap with Contrastphoto. I had a lot of initial development on eggs from a side swap with Cheryl Cohen.

Oh Jim I'm so sorry. I'll have to collect a few eggs from you in a week or so and send them. I feel bad you got nothing. OH, which so far is what I've gotten, but 3 did make it to lockdown. Thankfull I had eggs from my girls in there. Hatch is going on now.

No worries Kim. The PO has been extra hard on eggs lately. A lot of my shipped eggs have messed up air cells. I set them for a while without turning them and sometimes that helps. I'm hoping your set from Karen does well.

Oh no are you saying only one of the SFHs made it to lockdown? I only had three of yours hatch yesterday. It is so sad to loose fully developed chicks! I have been racking my brain trying to figure out what I did wrong or different.

No, only 1 did not make it to lock down.

For some reason, Iowa Blues can be hard to hatch. Sorry you didn't get more.
