May Online Hatching Egg Swap-Eggs should be sent

I got up this morning and checked to see how many quail had hatched out of my birds and then checked the bator with eggs from this swap and there where 5 chicks. It wasn't suppose to be lock down till tomorrow so the turner was on. Amazingly none of them got squashed. Also the bator had spiked to 107. So it was a a big surprise to find any alive. Tough little buggars. I don't remember who I got the first set from much less the others. So to those that sent me quail eggs. I have babies

What day did you set your quail eggs on do you remember? I got 4 little quail eggs and then my banty eggs from MaryRuth. My quail eggs I'm suppose to stop turning tomorrow. Now you've got me worried.

I am a bit more crazy. I write a set date, a hatch #, then a abbreviation for breed. Then I have a log book and a calendar. In the log book I write down :
Hatch#, Breed, # of eggs set, date set, date to hatch, how many hatched, how many did not, temps during incubation, humidity during hatch, home eggs or who they came from. If they are shipped eggs I write down outside temps the day I received them, and how many days in transit.
Calendar just has days marked with "Candle Hatch #13", "Lock down #13", and "Hatch Day #13" etc.

I also know how much it costs me to run my incubators, monthly......

I have hatching sheet...from my 1st hatch - today !

SO........ how much DOES it cost to run your incubator per month...OR maybe I don't want to know what my 3 cost.

Lawl it is 20.58 and 1 half cent a month for 6 incubators/hatchers, brooder lights, etc. Not really bad actually. Just feel a bit ashamed of it at times...lol

**** Got my eggs from Justacouplemorechicks a minute or 4 ago
