Maybe cocci?

Hi all!
New here
We got our 3 day old barred rocks on Monday so they are about 6 days old now.
We have our old rottwielers dog kennel as a brooder with paper towels on the bottom of it.
All chicks are active , eating and chirping away.
This morning I noticed blood in their poop. Instantly panicked ran to tractor supply and got Corid. Added it to their water and hoping for the best.
Is it possible that it's not Cocci though ?
Their poop isn't exactly what's bloody, when it dries around the poop like the stain on the paper towel has a red tint.
I attached a picture but it's hard to tell because of the red heat lamp.
Can any one help ?!

Turn off the heat lamp and take pictures, we can't see with the red.
What else are you giving them?
They'll be fine with treatment.

Do you have a thermometer underneath that heat lamp?
Actual heat lamps get extremely hot and it can cause death so please make sure you aren't cooking them under it.

What exactly are you feeding?
Do you have other chickens?

The temp under the heat lamp is 93 degrees. The kennel they are in is massive as it fit our 130 pound dog. So they move out from under when they are too hot. I have them on started crumble. I don't have any other chickens and as far as I know the hatchery I got them from didn't have them with any other chicks or chickens either.

Yes, treat for coccidiosis. Nix the oats, they aren't helpful.

Stop the oats immediately. Make sure the crumble is for chicks and not a layer type crumble.
