Maybe egg bound, maybe impacted crop?

Hi folks

Our 2 yr old lady Ponyo laid an egg the other day that was really longgg and misshapen, and then a watery membrane egg with no yolk that we could see (found it after an hour) and today she had some weird egg sack hanging half out of her vent. I tried to assist and it broke.
She has been lethargic the last week (has had mites and lice to top it off) and lost her best mate 3 weeks ago in a fox attack.
She was laying green poo about a week ago so I took her to vet, he said all ok no worms and to keep her under observation. She has been waves of spirited and lethargic all week.

She is now very droopy and light comb and wattle , and won’t eat or drink. Her crop feels very firm and abnormally protruding, like a closed fist.

I have given her some calcium in water in a pipet, and warm water in a pipet too, and some drops of oil to help move things along.
I’ll attatch photos. Any tips or things to look for would be great. She’s going downhill fast and her wings are sagging.

Some graphic photos.

Can you take her temperature? If not, hold her and put your hand next to her bare skin under her wing and see if she feels abnormally hot.

She may have an infection, so perhaps get some antibiotics into her.

have you tried massaging her crop? Has it gone down since yesterday?

Keep up the fluids. I would add electrolytes, vitamins and garlic to her water. Don't bother with food until her crop empties.

Sorry, another thing to look out for is egg binding. See if she has one stuck. Low probability if she laid an egg yesterday and has just shed the lining, but worth ruling out. I suspect egg peritonitis above that.

have you successfully treated the lice and mites?

She has a lot going on!
