Maybe molting, maybe sick?

so this hen recently got picked on and lost most of her tail feathers. Our other hens are molting, but we think that she looks a lot worse. Any ideas on how to tell if she’s sick?

Hard for me to see details in your pictures due to the lighting. It looks like molting to me from what I can see.
