I had an incident in Jack in the Box 2 weeks ago where I had gone in, asked about something on the menu, and the Barbie behind the counter laughed at me and said she didn't know the menu. Then she proceeded to text her friends nonstop with her phone bleeping loudly every 2 seconds, get my order totally wrong when she brought it out 15 minutes later. Jack in the Box sends me a coupon for it. Not even for a combo, just a free menu item.

I went to use it last night and I was served by this woman that looked like she got out of prison. She gives me the wrong food and I object and she's like "Well that's what you said." I know I didn't and walks away. I hate that hellhole now and won't eat in there. There's like 2 good workers and 1 good manager and they're only there in the early morning.

Once I ordered a #1 with an Iced Tea and got a Mountain Dew. I said "uh sorry but thats not an iced tea. He looked at the soda and looked at me like I was stupid and said "Yes, it is!" and I said "No, it isnt! Icead Tea is BROWN and this is YELLOW like Mt Dew..." he took the lid off, sniffed it, put the lid back on and handed it back saying "sorry lady but thats an icead tea."


OMG ARE YOU FREAKIN KIDDING ME!

I pulled ahead, parked and got out to bring it inside and talk to the manager. How stupid can they get!?

Our local McD's is notorious for making you wait, and then giving you the wrong order. We always check the order before driving off, because we would get home and NO fries or something dumb like that . . .the night crew was smoking weed on their breaks and were so goofy they had to bring day manager in to straighten them up. It worked for awhile, but now they are right back at it. . . slow and screwed up service. Even going inside is not good either; and this is a place that cooks their food first and then reheats it . . .but, what can you expect when the owner was known in high school as "cocaine ****!" sheesh!!!

Well, some of us like fast food as well as the slow food of mom and pop diners. It all boils down the time frame if we wanted to eat out. Yeah, we like to poison our bodies with bad food or good food with pesticides and additives, just as much as the next person who wants to smoke, drink or drugs. Its all about choices....its the American way!
