Nope, wasn't watching it at the moment, but that's one of my fav movies. Every once in a while when I'm in a situation I don't wanna be in, I say that to myself.

well, that's true. I just recall thinking, when my child got older, that I would NEVER have to eat at McDonald's again. Hooray!!!!I was able to ditch the clown meals and eat grown up food finally. So I am always surprised when I see adults eating the stuff voluntarily.

I hear you, my kids are still young, so sometimes fast food is the best choice. I myself would much rather go to a place that doesn't have paper napkins and a clown for a mascot. My youngest is almost a year old, so what about another 10 years or so?

I'll confess-- I go to McDonald's maybe once every couple of months for breakfast, because an egg mcmuffin is not actually that bad for you (300 calories, according to Eat This, Not That ) and I have a weakness for what they call a "hash brown" but which I would call a "flattened out tater tot."

So I found the closest location to me yesterday (moved recently) and headed over there, only to find that when I got through the drive-through they had a separate lane with a sign saying "Wait here for your order" off to the side of the regular lane. Which says to me that people having to wait for their food at the drive through is such a regular occurrence that they had to designate a place for people to do it. Which I would call flat-out unacceptable. Sorry Mickey D's, your food ain't that good.

(Taco Bueno? Yes, I am guilty of planning to go there for lunch-- sometimes a burrito craving just can't be fulfilled quickly any other way. But no way in hell would I pull off to the side and wait for it....

I absoulety love Subway! It is so clean, it smells good, and they have GOOD food for afordable prices!

I know! I love the Italian herbs and cheese bread!

I also like that they do each sandwich with a different pair of gloves, and they are very often friendly. I also like how you can warm up your sandwich!

OH ya that would tick me off..another one that gets me mad is when you order your food drive all the way home and find out it's ALL wrong! You go back and your nice about it, they don't give you any free coupons...IF you B**** up a storm then they will give you a free fry or something like that. NOW why is it that the people who YELL at them get the free stuff and if your nice about it and say that's ok...you get nothing? I think they got that backwards? OR maybe they should give EVERYONE a free meal if THEY mess up! SO now I go ballistic on them so I get the free meal for my trip in gas back there to exchange our meal.
