I have a question.

So, I got my Park Place and Marvin Gardens off of my brother's french fries. Whenever he gets french fries, will I always get Park Place and Marvin Gardens?

I had the Boardwalk last year, but no Park Place.

As for "always getting the same thing on fries" No. It's supposedly completely random.
