McMurray hatchery ‘Ameraucanas’

Yes she has about 30 isas. She sells the eggs and then she has some other chickens just for pets. She has five buff orpingtons. One is her rooster. He's super good with the females and none of them are injured from mating. He's super protective though and will go after people. Lol. Then she has a black sexlink, a black austrolorpe (do they come in anything but black?) a silver laced wyandotte. And now she has a tophat, ameraucana and brown leghorn I just gifted her.
Ok, I was just wondering because I didn’t want the chick to be lonely. Australorps come in blue as well.

Ooooh I bet blue australorps are gorgeous. I have to go look for pics now. Lol
Here’s one of my friends blue australorp cockerel

Here's what we got that was sold to us as an Ameraucana from a place that sources from McMurray. I'll post the sign they had out too. The person selling them asked if we wanted bearded or not and we chose not.

That’s very interesting...
The chick doesn’t even look like it has muffs. And Ameraucanas don’t lay tinted eggs they lay blue eggs. I’ve heard so many mixed things and guess I’ll get what I get. You do have a very pretty chick though! :) Hope you at least end up with an Easter Egger so you will hopefully get colorful eggs. Good luck.

Thank you! Yes she is very pretty and we already have a few EEs that we love; would be happy to have one more. So far out of 6 chicks we got that day, 2 seem to be surprise cockerels and 2 may be different breeds than what we were told. I don't even want to post about the other 2 for fear of what we'll find out ;)

Make a thread and tag me in it and I can help you, or post them here and I can. I don’t really care if you put on my thread. :)
